It was very exciting to meet the winner Mary and finalists Bridin as well as the judges Nick Munier and Dillon McGrath.
Dunshaughlin Harvest Festival
Billie and Aoibh attended the Harvest Festival and gave a cookery demonstration on some of our Favourite recipes at Fairyhouse Cookery School! Delighted to be part of a great week of festivities in Dunshaughlin.
Sunday 25th September
The final of the Solheim Cup - what a great day for women's golf and we were delighted to be at the event as part of Meath Tourism who had a stand at Kileen Castle to promote tourism in Meath. We had a lovely day meeting golfers and the odd foodie!
Taradays at Knightsbrook on Thursday 22nd September.
We met some lovely people from all over the globe at this inspiring evening which was organised by Meath Partnership as part of the Solheim Cup. Our Guinness Brown Bread went down a treat!
Taste of Dublin 2011
What a great event - it gets better every year and despite a wet and windy start, went on to be a foodie success!
(Billie, Gino, Lisa) Do all things Italian get better with age?! Gino certainly does! He roused the crowds to a frenzy with his antics and did a little cooking too!

Donal and Nevin with Cathal and Eoghan - who helped back stage... and are aspiring chefs...
It's always nice to see Anthony - he's very proud of his Irish connections and drew a great crowd at the Chef Demo Theatre.

We co-ordinated and ran the cooking stage at Taste of Christmas and met a few familiar faces along the way.....
The 'F' Team with Heston Blumenthal who provided the audience with interesting insights into food and tasting during the live shows.
Billie, Lisa and Liz congratulate 'FRANC' aka Peter Kelly on his top tips for dressing your Christmas table.

MEATH TOURSIM AWARDS, 4th November 2010
We were thrilled with our recent win at the Meath Marketing Awards in the category for 'best marketing' of a small business which was held in the beautiful surroundings of Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa.

Rachel Demo's at Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa, 3rd November
We joined Rachel, along with an audience of 350 people for a great evening of cooking, highlighting recipes from her new book which is ideal for entertaining.

Gino Di'Campo launches Taste of Dublin this week with a series of television appearances and press interviews. TV3 nabbed Gino to do a spot of cooking and we were there to help out. The 'King of The Jungle' is also 'King' of Italian cookery and we can't wait to meet him again when the event opens in June. (L-R Gino, Billie, Anna TV3)
Nevin Maguire Cooks in Navan

Nevin Maguire cooks in The Ardboyne Hotel in Navan. The lovely Nevin will not disappoint and this promises to be a great night out. The evening is hosted by Meath Tourism and we'll be there handing out tastings - a treat not to be missed!

Derry Clarke, L'Ecrivan

The wonderful michelin star chef, Derry Clarke who owns and runs L'Ecrivan will cook to a full house in Dunboyne Castle Hotel in April. We will assist Derry on the evening and if you're around we'd love to see you there. Tickets available from Dunboyne Castle Hotel.
Rachel's In Town

The start of the barbecue season and we join forces once again with Rachel to co-ordinate her demo evening for Marks & Spencers who launch their garden/homewares collection.

Dunboyne Castle Hotel have invited Rachel to demonstrate a 'gourmet feast' and we're there to co-ordinate the event. This event is sold out but if you're one of the lucky people with a ticket, we'll see you there..

We co-ordinate a fund raising event in Rathgar which Rachel is supporting.
- 1st December, 2009 (7.30pm) Rachel Allen is coming to the beautiful venue located right next door to us, Tattersalls Country House.
We're delighted to assist Rachel once again and this cookery demonstration, entitled 'Christmas Feast' promises to be a foodie event not to be missed!
As well as the delight of listening to Rachel as she works her way through her tasty recipes, Tattersalls Country House is a treat to experience. Join us for a mulled wine reception at 7pm in their luxurious sitting room with open fire.

Why not drop in to see Billie O'Shea at her cookery demonstration Fresh Fast Fish (3 Christmas Starters) at 11.45 in the RDS food hall. There are a number of celebrity chefs participating at the Food Emporium, so why not pay us a visit.
The cookery school cooks al fresco at Rathbeggan Lakes on June 26th!
On Saturday, 26th June we're joining the team at Rathbeggan Lakes (located before Dunshaughlin on the N3) who are hosting a great family day out and the theme is 'The Good Life'.
Why don't you drop in and see Billie demo a 'good life' menu on the barbecue! We're there between 4pm and 6pm but the fun goes on all day.
