The workshops offer a balance of brief demonstrations with hands-on cooking, all revolving around tasting the recipes prepared with wine to match. Our classes are suitable for all levels, so even toast burners won’t feel out of their depth! The novice cook will be bowled over by what they can achieve with a little guidance from our tutors while the more experienced cooks go away brimming with new ideas.
