October 5, 12, 19	*CAKES & BAKES Delicious home baking is a real treat and over the course of this 3 week 'bake fest' you will lose yourself in mixing, beating and whisking as you create a selection of cakes, buns and tarts.
November 9, 16, 23	DESIGNER DINNERS If you love entertaining then this is for you. Let’s ‘go up a gear’ and learn to create a number of winning menu combinations for the perfect dinner party plus lots of ideas on advance preparation.  Each evening we will cover a starter, main course and accompaniments plus an delicious prepare-ahead dessert.
