Following a cookery demonstration packed full of tips, techniques and fresh recipe ideas you'll get to sample some of what's been cooked and recipe sheets can be taken home.
| April 17th | Authentic Indian Recipes - by Leila Saeed Born to an Irish mother and Indian father, Leila and her Pakistani chef, husband Umar, ran their own Indian restaurant in Wexford for seven years before moving to Ashbourne to work in food wholesale, where they now live with their three children. Leila hopes to bring authentic family recipes, given to her by her mother-in-law ,to show how easy it is to cook fresh vibrant delicious Indian/Pakistani food, that will wow guests and family! |

Demo & Dinner Cookery Course
The motto is ‘Eat Out, Learn Out’… . Sit back, relax and watch Billie cook - all the while giving great tips to create delicious food which you will then taste at this cookery class with a difference.
The price for this evening with a difference is €60 per person-which includes a Cookery Demo (€30) followed by a three course meal (€30) as well as recipe sheets to take home.
This is a great opportunity for a 'girls night out'. Private parties (Hen / Retirement / birthday celebrations) can be arranged for groups of 10 or more and we have a variety of themes available on request.
